Usual spam containing some sort of promo code which will give you free stuff if you just sign up, likely harvesting details to get and try on other exchange platforms. If you use the same username/password and registered for this site I would change your details IMMEDIATELY ON ALL OTHER PLATFORMS!
These scams are extremely common on many platforms, so be careful.
