Hello Everyone!
I made this website after myself being the victim of multiple refund scams though PayPal. I am tired of scammers seemingly facing no consequences for the actions they do and wish to (at least) name and shame those who are involved.
I run multiple websites and over the years have had my bad experiences, but I hope that I am able to bring this forward with DNDW and help those who have been a victim themselves to resolve the issues.
