The owner of Chariverse NFT got in contact with me asking to clear up some issues he had with the scam post I made on DNDW. I found this very interesting as his project had 3 Discord accounts join the DNDW Discord Server and talk between themselves in the General chat.

wert, as they go by on Discord, informed me they had hired an outside 'marketing agency' and that it was a mistake that the post was made into our Discord Server, and that they would not be working with them again.
It could have ended there.. but after confirming who wert was, they were very forthcoming when asked for details on how it all happened and we took our chat to Telegram. This is where I learnt some very fascinating details.
He provided me with the chat information to another Telegram user, that he claimed to have used for the 'advertising' aka spam services. This is the message I got from wert:
One of our active community members recommended this SMM as a professional. We’ve ordered 1 test week with him and shared the article so he understand the concept of Chariverse: https://medium.com/@chariverse/launch-of-chariverse-99303e2a6674
As we can see he used bots and we refused further cooperation
Now to be fair to Chariverse and wert, they have been very forthcoming with all the information to this point and this could have genuinely been a mistake on his team's part. I still personally won't be looking into the NFT any sooner but it does give me some confidence with how open everything during our conversation has been.
Now, let's move onto part two.. The contact.
Charles, I imagine not his real name, runs the spam service which ended up posting on DNDW's Discord server and talking to themselves seemingly at random. Here is our conversation:
There is a lot to break down here, the service they provide is a massive setup where you can ask for any size compain for rather large sums of money. But what I found most interesting was that the example linked was of Chariverse NFT was advertised on Discord so I checked the source and.. would you look at that. Pictures from the accounts that spammed the DNDW Discord, from the spam accounts perspective! What a strange way to end my day!
Charles posted screenshots of hundreds of messages sent to lots of Discord Servers tagged as 'Crypto' on Discord.me, which is how I guess DNDW ended up on there. Many more campaigns for other services have been on this service and I plan to expose them all in the coming days!
Little bit of research goes a long way sometimes!
